A Bit About Me...

1. My website is called "It's Rebecca Scott," but I generally go by Bex, or Bec.

2. I live near Stratford upon Avon (where Shakespeare was from.) It's such a pretty part of the country, and if you've never visited, I highly recommend it. There's a lot of history, as well as stunning countryside views, world-renowned theatres, so many little restaurants, excellent bakeries and the most amazing gelato shop (I am biased, I work there!) It's an incredible town.

3. I live with my wife and our 5 year old cockapoo, Milo. My wife and I have been married for 3 years, together for 11! We met just before I turned 18 and have been madly in love ever since. Nawww <3

4. I have blogged on and off for years - since my early teens. As my interests and life has changed, so have my blog topics... I think when I first started, it was just an online journal, at some point it was full of obscure song lyrics (hello, Myspace years) and I definitely remember having a hairdressing blog at one point while doing a 1 year hairdressing course! For the most part though, I am always drawn back to lifestyle blogging.

5. I love cooking, food and drinks, hosting, decorating, travelling, having adventures, and I really want to get into gardening - so these are all things you can expect to see on the blog. I love having a creative outlet, taking photographs, writing the blog posts, making a Pinterest board about certain topics. I definitely miss blogging when I'm not doing it!

6. I am obsessed with seasons! When a new season rolls around, I fully embrace it - the food, the music, the outfits, the local events, everything!

7. As I mentioned, I love making Pinterest boards. I have one for all of my inspiration, my personal Pinterest, and one for links from this blog, here, so if you want to check either of them out, I'd love to see you there!

8. I love to make Spotify playlists for all occasions. I love a playlist for a mood or a feeling, like a rainy October day, or rocking out in the car! If you want to check them out, head to my Spotify playlists.

9. Here are a few more facts that may come up from time to time:

• I love music and am always trying to expand my record collection with records that mean something to me. Favourite albums, ones that hold memories. I am in the market for a really good sideboard to store them and display my favourite records.

• I love Harry Potter, and I am a Ravenclaw

• I manage an Ice Cream shop! (Best job ever!)

• I'm a huge water-baby. I love being in the sea and want to learn to scuba dive

• I can play a bit of guitar, I used to play the saxophone, and I would love to learn the piano
